The unique art work in the Thaye Dorje Gompa is masterpeice of the Karma Gadri tradition of painting and is the result of 7 years of detailed work and life time of training of the Mater artist Dawa. This unique style has characterized our Karma Kagyu lineage since the 15th century and only a few artist still master this elegant style of traditional painting. Karma guen hopes to preserve and document the Karma Gadri tradition by training artists in the east and in Europe.  

By supporting of the Karma Gadri Art School project you will actively help to form the school located in Sikkim and help to ensure that we in Karma Guen can learn how to represent enlightened forms in the west.
